  • Develop and strengthen efforts to create an inclusive and equitable community for students, crew, faculty, and Guides
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with organizations that work with students of color, including occasionally traveling offsite to assist Matchmaking (recruitment team) expand their reach and relationships
